There are only 5 questions……
Outline: I talk to lots of people about relationships and everyone has a different idea of what their relationship should be like. I am conducting this research to see what the common elements are in a ‘great intimate relationship’.
Criteria: You must be over 18 years old and in a cohabitational intimate relationship
No personal data is collected, nor kept in the research.
Gender ………..
Age ……..
Length of relationship…….
Length of time living together ……….
What are the 4 most important things in your relationship…..
Please answer with a simple sentence for each of the 4 things.
You can respond using the reply button above, or email lonewolfharmony@gmail.com.

Life gets so busy, we sometimes forget to honour the important people in our life.
Something as simple as ‘Relationship Gratitude List’, created by Therapists Aid is all you need to re-ignite a smouldering spark.
Print the list from the link above and pop it on the fridge

As the afternoon wore on, my partner asked me, what I felt like for dinner.
I thought seriously for a minute and said ‘porridge’. He looked at me, as if I had said something terribly ‘politically incorrect’ and responded with a ‘what!!’.
This got me thinking…
Who told us about breakfast, lunch and dinner? And morning tea, afternoon tea and supper?
Why can’t we just eat, what we feel like, when we are hunger?
Our body doesn’t read time.

The gift of time
I saw no beginning and no end
My time was all that I had to give
And my days are filled unexpectedly
With laughter and joy
Combined with a sense of wonder
I still see no beginning and no end
I have only my time to give
And I give it freely with love and compassion

Why has colouring in become so popular to cope with stress?
Colouring in intricate pictures focuses your mind away from the stresses and worries that can spin round and round endlessly in your mind.
With colouring your focus is on ‘staying inside the lines’ and creating something beautiful, so everything else melts into insignificance…..
The same thing happens when you meditate 😉
Here is a link to some free adult colouring pages to get you started
Happy colouring 🙂

Men’s brains and women’s brains, explained perfectly. Time for a little laugh
Sometimes Grandparents feel so alienated from their grand children. This could be as a result of physical distance, inability to visit or relationship breakdown within the grandchilds home.
One thing grandparents might like to do, is create a personalised book for the child. The book/books can be enjoyed from birth till forever, by your grandchild.
Here are some places to check out, and an example to get you started on your own story.
OR
Check out this cool app that I found for grandparents.
Grandparents can write stories and include pictures, to be read to their grandkids in their absence. They can go something like this….
Jamie, say hello to Grandma and Grandpa (insert your own photo)
We live a long way away from where you live (insert picture of your house)
We will come to visit you as much as possible, and you can come visit us too.
When you come to visit, grandpa and I will take you to the beach (insert photo)
There is a zoo near us and we can go there to see the animals (insert photo)
Grandpa has a boat, and he can take you fishing (insert photo)
When you come to stay with us, you will also meet your cousins, aunty’s and uncle’s (insert photo)
………. And so on. I am sure you get the picture.
Good luck. It will be a great way to stay in your grandchilds life, when you can’t physically be there.
Search for ‘Story Creator’ in App Store. This is a free app for your iPad.
And I am sure there are many others.
Hope you have fun with is 🙂
Let me know how it goes or if your need more assistance, or suggestions
